Due to the nature of my handmade, custom creations, I do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there’s an issue with your order (damaged items or errors), please contact me within 7 days of receiving your item, and I will do my best to resolve it. If a product is damaged during shipping, I will request photos for insurance purposes, and we can discuss replacement options.

I strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. All shipping is handled through USPS or other reliable carriers, and you will receive tracking information once your item has shipped. Please allow 7-14 business days for delivery, depending on your location. For custom pieces, please allow additional time as each item is carefully crafted and fired.
