I strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. All shipping is handled through USPS or other reliable carriers, and you will receive tracking information once your item has shipped. Please allow 7-14 business days for delivery within the U.S. and 10-21 business days for international orders, depending on your location. For custom pieces, please allow additional time as each item is carefully crafted and fired.
SHIPPING FEES
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the delivery location. The exact shipping fee will be provided at checkout.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
RETURNS
Due to the nature of my handmade, custom creations, I do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there’s an issue with your order (damaged items or errors), please contact me within 7 days of receiving your item, and I will do my best to resolve it. If a product is damaged during shipping, I will request photos for insurance purposes, and we can discuss replacement options.

CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun. Please be sure to review all details during the consultation process to ensure satisfaction before committing to an order.

I strive to provide a positive and enjoyable experience with all in-person services, and I am committed to upholding the terms of our booking contract. However, if you are not satisfied with the service, I am not legally responsible for any dissatisfaction, as long as all terms and expectations outlined in the agreement have been met. I will ensure that all aspects of the service, including materials, preparation, and guidance, are up to standard as agreed upon. If there are any concerns during or after the service, please reach out to discuss the matter, and I will do my best to address them within the scope of the agreed terms.
